Welcome to Hoosier Roof Care (Grandstone Luxury Builders LLC). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any interactions you have with Hoosier Roof Care (Grandstone Luxury Builders LLC) ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Communications Terms: Text Messages (SMS), Phone Calls & AI Assistants

The following terms apply to the Hoosier Roof Care SMS Program and to phone calls and AI-assisted communications from Hoosier Roof Care. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Program description

When you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our forms (or otherwise give written consent), you agree to receive text messages from Hoosier Roof Care about roof rejuvenation (Roof Maxx), roof tune-ups, roof washing, snow and ice removal, and related roofing services. Message types may include appointment confirmations and reminders, quotes and estimates, service updates, and customer-care replies — the same message types listed next to the consent checkbox on our forms. This is a low-volume conversational and alert program, and we message only individuals who have given explicit prior consent.

Consent

You opt in by affirmatively checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form at hoosierroofcare.com/contact, our estimate request form at hoosierroofcare.com/quote, and our quick quote page at hoosierroofcare.com/getaquote and submitting your mobile number, by signing a written consent form, or by texting us an opt-in keyword. The consent box is never pre-checked; you must check it yourself. Consent to receive text messages or calls is not a condition of any purchase or service. Consent is a direct, one-to-one agreement between you and Hoosier Roof Care, and will not be transferred, rented, sold, or shared with any third party.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us; under normal circumstances you will receive no more than six messages per month.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP we will send you one confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. Replying STOP ends all message types, informational and promotional. We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. You may receive further messages only if you opt in again.

Phone calls and AI voice assistants

By checking the phone-call consent box, you agree that Hoosier Roof Care may call you at the number you provided about your request, including calls that may be placed using automated dialing technology, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or an AI-powered voice assistant. Outbound calls may display our business name as caller ID. You may revoke this consent at any time by telling us during a call or by contacting us, and we will add your number to our internal do-not-call list.

AI-assisted communications

Some calls, text messages, emails, or chats may be handled in whole or in part by an AI assistant acting on our behalf. We identify AI assistants as such, you may request a person at any time, and AI assistants do not make final decisions about pricing, contracts, or warranties. AI-generated content can contain errors; please confirm important details with our team. Conversations may be recorded, transcribed, or summarized as described in our Privacy Policy.

Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Compliance

This program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable federal and state laws.

3. Services Description

HoosierRoofCare provides professional roofing services in Indiana, including but not limited to:

• Roof Maxx treatments and applications
• Roof repair and maintenance
• Roof replacement and installation
• Snow and ice removal services
• Roof inspections and assessments
• Emergency roofing services

4. Service Area

Our services are primarily available in Central Indiana, including but not limited to Indianapolis, Bloomington, Fort Wayne, Carmel, and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary based on location and current workload.

5. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by HoosierRoofCare are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Based on current material costs and labor rates
• Subject to change based on site conditions discovered during work
• Free of charge for standard inspections and estimates

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees

7. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to provide reliable scheduling and timely service. Please note:

• Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
• Weather conditions may affect scheduling
• Emergency services take priority over scheduled appointments
• We will provide reasonable notice for any schedule changes

8. Warranty and Guarantees

HoosierRoofCare provides warranties on our workmanship and materials:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
