What kind of training do you provide for new employees?

We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for all new team members, regardless of experience level. This includes safety training, product knowledge, installation techniques, and customer service skills. For specialized roles like Roof Maxx application, we provide additional certification training. We also offer ongoing professional development opportunities to help you grow your skills and advance your career.

What is the work schedule like?

Most field positions work Monday through Friday, typically starting early in the morning (around 7:00 AM) and ending in the late afternoon, depending on the project and weather conditions. Office positions generally follow standard business hours (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM). During busy seasons or for emergency repairs, some weekend work may be required. We strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance for all our team members.

Do I need prior roofing experience to apply?

While prior roofing experience is beneficial for technical positions, it's not always required. We value a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality above all else. For entry-level positions, we provide all the necessary training to help you succeed. For specialized or leadership roles, relevant experience in roofing or construction is typically preferred.
